ASSISTANT MANAGER – HR
Pak Oman Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking services from dynamic professionals to fill the vacant
position in Human Resources Department.
Qualification: MBA – HR
Place of Posting: Regional Office Islamabad.
Experience: Must have at least 7 years of experience.


Job Responsibilities:
• Manage end to end hiring in the region to support business requirement staring from initiation of job
requisitions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews; assessing candidates, negotiating employment
terms and on-boarding.
• Plan and conduct orientation of new entrants to ensure employees are acclimatize with relevant policies
and procedure of Bank;
• Facilitate in executing annual / midyear performance appraisal exercise in the region.
• Handle disciplinary cases of the region and conduct preliminary inquiry pertaining to
harassment/discrimination and misconduct in line with the local law.


• Manage logistics for scheduled trainings / post training assessments in coordination with Training Unit
and ensure record keeping.
• Lead execution of an effective employee engagement programs to increase employees motivation.
• Ensure all HR operations activities are executed in line with HR policies and procedures of the Bank.
